Double Glouster is now made in both pasteurized and unpasteurized varieties. Traditional makers include Appleby, Quickes, and Smart. Cotswold is a type of Double Glouster to which chopped chives and onions have been added.

This is a fine multipurpose cheese that can be enjoyed on its own, or grated for melting. Try this on baked potatoes or meat pies.

Storing
